Upcoming Trainer Certifications with Next Element

Next Element announces upcoming 2015 certification programs for trainers, learning and development professionals, and coaches. Through its ComCorps World Center for Transformative Communication, Next Element certifies and supports professional trainers in two signature models, Leading Out of Drama (LOD™) and Process Communication Model (PCM®). Both systems focus on transformative communication skills. PCM emphasizes connecting, motivating, and resolving conflict with different personality types. LOD emphasizes using the energy of positive conflict to drive performance through compassionate accountability.
