Start today taking care of yourself, making good choices. Everyday I get to choose how I want to start my day. For me taking care of myself involves starting my day with my workout routine, giving myself time to enjoy my coffee, and watch some news… all before I get the kids up.

In the end, the majority of my fears were unfounded. It is amazing what stress can do to one’s perspective.
