Quality Patient Relations Seminar
Overview: A one-day overview of the Process Communication Model designed for all employees who interact with patients on a daily basis. The focus is on recognizing and responding to different patient personalities, to improve key outcomes such as adherence and satisfaction. Quality Patient Relations can form the foundation for organizational-wide initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and employee engagement.
