Quality Customer Relations Seminar
Overview: This is a one day program on customer relations designed to help achieve quality in providing professional services through more effective communication. Participants will learn how to connect with perceptions and how to satisfy customers’ psychological needs, as well as how to deal with disgruntled customers. Effective interaction ensures customer satisfaction.
