Understand how to deal with and redirect negative behaviors into positive behaviors. Parents will receive information about their own personality dynamics and predictable conflict dynamics. Process Parenting enhances and supports many contemporary parenting models and encourages a motivational approach for discipline and responsibility.

* Explain what motivates each of the six personality types to do their best, and how to adjust parenting style accordingly.
* Identify the predictable negative behaviors of each personality type, and demonstrate how to minimize these behaviors.
* Understand the impact of parent’s personality and how to avoid power struggles and negative behaviors with children.
