Description:
Process Education Model training enables educators to use a process approach, engage and connect effectively with all students, motivating each student by addressing psychological needs. Participants are given information about their own personality dynamics, including perceptual biases about how students should be taught, and how they learn best. This workshop gives special attention to understanding and averting predictable student behavior problems, along with dozens of tips to engage and motivate even the most difficult students. Next Element trainers are conducting ongoing research on the impact of PCM in education.

Learning Objectives

  • Explain the motivational needs of each of the six personality types, and how to individualize teaching and classrooms accordingly.
  • Identify the predictable negative attention patterns of each student personality type, and demonstrate how to avert these behaviors.
  • Explain the impact of teacher’s personality on classroom dynamics and student learning.
  • Describe how Process Communication for Educators can increase student success and teacher job satisfaction.
