Process Bedside Manner Seminar

Overview: While including similar concepts as the Creating Communities of Caring, a PCM Seminar for nurses, the Process Bedside Manner is designed specifically for physicians, focused specifically on optimizing interactions with patients. The principle predictor of litigation for physicians is their relationship with the patient – as perceived by the patient. Physicians who are able to tailor their communication to individual patient personalities achieve better adherence, satisfaction, medical outcomes, and also experience enhanced medical team rapport.
