PCM Trainer Certification

Overview: PCM Trainer Certification prepares individuals to order PCM profiles, teach a variety of PCM seminars, and provide PCM coaching and consulting. The purpose of this 5-day process is to ensure consistency and accuracy in how PCM is taught.

Dates: April 26 – 30, 2010; November 15 – 19, 2010

Price: $3,500 – no discounts are applicable to this seminar.

Location: All seminars are held at our office in the historic Newton, Kansas train station unless otherwise notified.

Target Audience: Trainers, Consultants, Facilitators, Supervisors, Executives, and Team Leaders.

Pre-Requisites: 3-day PCM and 2-day Advanced PCM.  It is preferred that participants spend a minimum of several months practicing and learning the concepts before seeking trainer certification.

Participants can expect the following:

* Review and practice of PCM concepts
* Cover prescribed curriculum and protocols for teaching PCM
* Teach selected portions of the curriculum in a group setting
* Cover policies and procedures for certified PCM trainers
