Communities of Caring Seminar

Overview: This two-day seminar for nurses offers a special focus on specific necessary skills to connect, motivate and reduce conflict with different patient personalities. The skills and concepts shared in this seminar provide immediate impact on patient and nurse satisfaction, as well as nurse-doctor relationships.
