Pre-Requisites: 3-day PCM® Core Competency Training

Description: This two-day seminar focuses on proficiency in the skills of connecting, motivating and resolving conflict using PCM. In-depth reviews of how-to’s, distress patterns, and intervention and prevention strategies will be taught, with hands-on practice and coaching from certified PCM trainers. This seminar helps support proficiency and confidence to apply PCM concepts in everyday life. Participants will receive individualized manuals with personal action plans. Taken together, the 3-Day and 2-day Advanced PCM Seminars also prepare a participant for PCM Trainer Certification.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least two weeks prior, we will transfer your full registration price to another seminar within 6 months, or we’ll refund your registration fee less $25. If cancellation is received less than 2 weeks prior to the seminar, or if a PCM profile has been completed on-line, we will refund 50% of your registration fee.
