Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least two weeks prior, we will transfer your full registration price to another seminar within 6 months, or we’ll refund your registration fee less $25. If cancellation is received less than 2 weeks prior to the seminar, or if a PCM profile has been completed on-line, we will refund 50% of your registration fee. **For PCM Trainer Certification there is a $700 deposit requirement to Kahler Communications that is not refundable.  The balance of $2800 is due on the first day of certification training.
