Overview
The 3 Day Process Communication Model Seminar is the core competency training in the Process Communication Model (PCM). In this flagship seminar, learn, practice, and apply tools to improve communication, quickly assess and respond to different personality types, customize motivational strategies, and reduce conflict.

Description
This seminar is for those seeking personal or professional skill-development in effective communication, conflict management, and leadership skills. Going beyond just theory, the 3-day PCM Core Competency Training is designed to help participants gain the confidence to apply new learning to real-life communication challenges. All the components of process communication are covered, including specific formulas for connecting and averting conflict with all six personality types. Participants will receive individualized manuals with personal action plans. Taken together, this Three-Day PCM Seminar® and Two-Day Advanced PCM Seminar® prepares a participant to pursue PCM Trainer Certification.
Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, cancellations must be received three weeks prior to the program start date. Cancellations made fewer than three weeks in advance, or after a PCM profile has been ordered, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given once a course has started. Next Element reserves the right to cancel a course if less than the minimum number of participants enroll. Full refunds will be made should such cancellation be required.
