Quality Patient Relations Seminar
Overview
A one-day overview of the Process Communication Model designed for all employees who interact with patients on a daily basis. The focus is on recognizing and responding to different patient personalities, to improve key outcomes such as adherence and satisfaction. Quality Patient Relations can form the foundation for organizational-wide initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and employee engagement.

All medical staff interacting with patients.

Pre-Requisites
None.
Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, cancellations must be received three weeks prior to the program start date. Cancellations made fewer than three weeks in advance, or after a PCM profile has been ordered, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given once a course has started. Next Element reserves the right to cancel a course if less than the minimum number of participants enroll. Full refunds will be made should such cancellation be required.
Location
All seminars are held at our office in the historic Newton, Kansas train station, unless otherwise noted.
