Overview

An overview of the internationally acclaimed Process Communication Model®. This one-day seminar (also known as the “Experiencing Excellence Seminar”) takes you beyond other personality communication models by learning specific “how to” skills for connecting, motivating and reducing conflict with different personalities.

Managers, supervisors, team leaders, and others seeking more effective interpersonal communication skills.

Description

This one-day overview of the PCM explores personal and professional leadership through the use of Process Communication. Behavioral objectives include learning assessment skills, motivational strategies, and intervention techniques to avert predictable negative attention, failure patterns and dynamics. You will receive a personalized profile, workbook, and action plan. You will gain important personal insights and leave with real tools you can use right away to make a difference in how you communicate with employees, patients, students, your children, significant other, or supervisors.

Learning Objectives

  • Describe the six Kahler Personality Types, including their preferred communication and management style.
  • Explain what motivates each of the six personality types to do their best, and what this means for leadership, supervision, and mentoring.
  • Identify the predictable negative behaviors of each personality type, and demonstrate how to reduce these behaviors through individualized leadership communication.
  • Understand the impact of your personality on leadership effectiveness and potential.

Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, cancellations must be received three weeks prior to the program start date.  Cancellations made fewer than three weeks in advance, or after a PCM profile has been ordered, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given once a course has started.  Next Element reserves the right to cancel a course if less than the minimum number of participants enroll.  Full refunds will be made should such cancellation be required.
