The Six Sigma organization at Cessna and their parent company, Textron, engaged Next Element to help train social-emotional “soft-skills” to their Black Belts and Master Black Belts. After several rounds of training, we were engaged in a ‘train the trainer’ process to certify an internal PCM trainer so that they could have in-house expertise in the communication, motivation, and conflict-resolution skills we teach. We continue to provide support and consultation as needed.
