The Six Sigma organization at Cessna engaged us to help training social-emotional “soft-skills” to their Black Belts and Master Black Belts. After several rounds of training with stellar reviews, we were asked to certify an internal trainer so that they could have in-house expertise in the communication, motivation, and conflict-resolution skills we teach.
