About two-thirds of adults will experience a shift in their personality
during  their life.  This is called a “phase change” in the Process
Communication  Model (PCM). Sometimes caused by crises, sometimes from
long-term  stressful  life  conditions  – phasing involves a change in
motivational needs, and negative attention behaviors. Often when couples are
unaware of what’s happening, or don’t have the communication skills to
adjust, relationships can break down. PCM offers tools to reconnect at a new
level, adjust, and find new meaning and purpose within this most important
of all relationships.
