During the course of our assessment, we hope to discover at least one or two helpful tips that you can use immediately. We think it’s a good way to help companies succeed and a good way to earn your business. If you like what we have to offer, the assessment is a beneficial way to determine if your company and Next Element are a good fit and value for each other.There is one catch: We will travel up to 3 hours from Wichita to do the assessment for free. It refers to the smallest unit or component in a system, like an atom. And it defines those conditions that allow optimal functioning: “I’m really in my element now!” Together, our name says we are constantly looking for new ways for our clients to design the optimal relationship contexts that will help them succeed.
WHAT IS PCM?	PCM® stands for Process Communication Model, a language-based communication and conflict-management model developed by Dr. Taibi Kahler of Hot Springs, Ark. We have found PCM to be superior to any other personality assessment and communication model. Our focus is more on the “how” than on the “what.” At Next Element, we help people become more self-aware and skilled at dealing with the nuances of communication and relationships. PCM is a terrific framework that helps our clients in this process.
