“Truly life changing! I wish that I’d had this experience decades ago.”

- Jolynn Berk, Account Service Director, Jajo, Wichita, Kansas

PCM: Overview and Applications

What’s this PCM thing that people keep talking about?  Learn more about the internationally acclaimed Process Communication Model® (PCM) and meet our team of certified PCM trainers.  PCM is a personality-based language and communication framework based on the notion that when people are working together to reach common goals, personality differences are what matter most. Extending far beyond other personality tools (Disc, MBTI, etc.), PCM offers practical insights and strategic interventions for being more effective personally and professionally.  Teachers, executives, parents, pastors, doctors… have experienced the profound impact that PCM can have in how they communicate, relate to others, and become more self-aware. We will share several case studies of how PCM has been applied personally, and within our client organizations.  And, you will have the opportunity to explore how PCM could work for you and your organization.

“Simple, empowering, informative.”

- Andrew Papageorge, President, Go Innovate! Cardiff, California
