		<description>Went to the Barking Dog in Bethesda MD, assuming that any bar will have hot wings -- they have cold beer, so they must have wings, right? NOOOOOO. No hot wings. Don&#039;t go there for the wings! There aren&#039;t any. You should have a &quot;0&quot; rating or a black mark for joints like this. Perhaps you should consult with them on how to make money through better (or any) wing sales...
