I’ve been a missionary kid, therapist, researcher, consultant, facilitator, and trainer. My passion is to engage with clients around new perspectives, tools, and methods to enhance and empower their existing strategies. I am equally comfortable doing a keynote presentation, coaching leaders one-on-one, conducting classroom instruction, facilitating difficult conflict-resolution work with a team, or working on organization-wide change initiatives.
