    Great article on trust. Thanks for pointing it out. There is so much evidence that lending trust, taking that first step, leads to better relationships. It ends up lending a higher degree of accountability to relationships, and it puts you and your company in a position of leadership with employees, customers, vendors and even competitors. I know one company that publishes its employee handbook for the whole world to see. Now that’s transparency!
